Organic Powdered Sugar
Our organic powdered sugar is made from 100% certified organic sugar cane. Organic sugar is simply ground down until it becomes a fine, fluffy powder. A touch of organic tapioca is added to prevent clumping. A majority of refined powdered sugars can have an overpowering and almost chalk-like sweetness. We prefer to let the natural flavors shine and our organic powdered sugar does just that - it retains a hint of the cane’s natural molasses essence, giving it a delicate, velvety, and pure rounded flavor.
Organic Whole Cane Sugar
Organic Whole Cane Sugar is made from 100% certified organic sugar cane. It is minimally processed to result in the most natural and delicious cane sweetener available. After the sugar cane is harvested, it is pressed to squeeze out the cane juice. The juice is clarified, filtered and evaporated to remove excess water. The resulting syrup is then crystallized, which is rich with molasses flavor and the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements naturally found in the sugarcane plant.
Organic Brown Sugar
Organic Brown Sugar is a light-colored soft brown sugar with a mild cane molasses flavor. This soft brown sugar provides color, pleasing caramel flavors and increased moisture retention and shelf life for numerous products. We have both Organic Lite Brown and Organic Dark Brown Sugar available.
Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
Organic Coconut Palm Sugar is made of sugary sap from the coconut flower buds dripping after being minimally cut. The sugar is traditionally processed by evaporating the sap. The overall outcome of the sugary sap will appear as a light golden brown color after the granulation process.

Sucanat is a granulated blend of the two sweeteners that typical sugar processing separates – sugar and molasses. Sucanat has a hint of molasses taste and is light brown in color. It has a higher nutritional level and lower sucrose level than traditional refined sugars.
