  • • PISANE™ C9 pea protein: Known for its high solubility, good emulsifying properties, and stability during heat treatment. It is suitable for non-dairy beverages, yogurts, desserts, and cheeses. For non-dairy beverages, Pisane™ C9 can be used up to 10% without affecting texture. It is also effective in frozen desserts with an optimal dosage of 1.5% to 2.5%. 
  • • PISANE™ F9 pea protein: This form is optimized for specific applications such as powder mixes, bars, and bakery products. It provides good dispersibility and high protein content. In powder mixes, PISANE™ F9 can be used effectively, and in bars and bakery items, it contributes to high protein levels with low water absorption. It supports the development of gluten-free and egg-free formulations.
